[Hiring] Virtual Event Manager @Momentive

Role Description

• Client Relations (70%)
  • Understand and manage project scope as agreed with the client and ensure that it is fully executed by both MS and client.
  • Communicate with clients to facilitate scheduling, training, and delivery of virtual events.
  • Create and maintain required project artifacts including project schedule, training materials, project requirements documents, and presentations for various discussions.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations and progress to our clients, team members, and executive team in a timely and clear manner.
• Operational Support (30%)
  • Continually strive to improve virtual event management processes by enhancing best practices and proactively identifying areas of improvement.
  • Understand MS products and how platform updates will impact product set-up.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing & producing virtual events for clients.
• Strong project management skills.
• Strong relationship building skills.

Requirements

• Experience in pharma or science industries (preferred).
• Project manager’s mindset—breaking large projects into smaller chunks, identifying important project milestones, and communicating upcoming deadlines with relevant stakeholders.
• Professional demeanor for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong critical thinking skills.
