What You Will Do

• Convert audio recordings into clear, well-formatted text
• Enter, update, and organize data across spreadsheets and internal systems
• Check your work for accuracy and consistency to maintain high-quality records
• Keep digital files organized so team members can easily find what they need
• Follow step-by-step instructions and standard procedures for all tasks
• Communicate proactively if you have questions or need clarification
• Pitch in on additional administrative or support tasks when needed

Qualifications

• Entry-level to mid-level experience is welcome (0-3 years)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in typing and data entry
• Comfortable using tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or Slack
• Able to follow instructions carefully and work independently
• Reliable home internet connection and a quiet work environment
• Professional written communication skills
