[Hiring] Virtual Auto Supplement Estimator @Allstate

Role Description

As a Virtual Auto Supplement Estimator on our NEST team, you will be responsible for reviewing and writing supplemental vehicle damage estimates. In this role, you’ll partner closely with body shops and customers, evaluating vehicle damage through photos, documentation, and repair requests to produce accurate, high‑quality supplements in a fast‑paced, high‑production virtual environment.

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in technical estimating skills, a solid understanding of repair procedures, and the confidence to negotiate effectively with repair facilities. Experience in CCC and Microsoft applications is essential. Candidates located in the Central Time Zone are highly desirable, and prior experience in the auto insurance industry is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Applies thorough understanding of regulatory compliance and fair claims practices
• Builds established relationships with both internal and external customers
• Exhibits proficient estimating fundamentals in order to create estimates of damages on 1st and 3rd party material damage losses
• Processes a deep understanding of the content of all policy types written by the company
• Negotiates settlements, makes settlement payments and documents all activities in the file within escalated authority limits

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is 26.49 - 39.98 per hour and is based on experience and qualifications.
