Role Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with a legal focus to support daily administrative and legal operations. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in legal administration, paralegal support, or contract coordination, looking for remote virtual assistant jobs in the legal field.

• Provide administrative support to legal teams, including calendar and inbox management

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Legal Assistant, or Paralegal
• Basic understanding of legal terminology and documentation
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems
• Experience with legal tools (e.g., document management systems, e-signature platforms) is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
