Role Description

Our client is a growing, independent audio production company seeking a proactive and highly organized Virtual Assistant to support day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and is comfortable switching between tasks. You’ll work directly with the founder to streamline workflows, manage data, and support research efforts, freeing up time for higher-level creative and business development work.

Qualifications

• Highly proactive, able to take direction and run with it independently
• Strong research skills (you know how to find useful information, not just surface-level data)
• Detail-oriented and naturally organized
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities
• Strong written English and communication skills
• Reliable with consistent follow-through
• MacOS Experience

Requirements

• Ability to access a remote machine (via tools such as Jump Desktop)
• Familiarity with:
  • LinkedIn
  • CRM systems (experience with Folk is a bonus, not required)

Benefits

• $300 - $400 a month
• 10 hours per week (approx. 2 hours per day, flexible)
