Role Description

You'll be the operational backbone for two busy executives — managing their inboxes, scheduling meetings, booking travel, and handling the day-to-day administrative tasks that take time away from their core work. The role demands discretion, excellent judgement, and genuinely proactive organisation.

• Manage two executive inboxes — triage, draft replies, and follow up
• Schedule and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones
• Book travel, accommodation, and transfers
• Conduct research and prepare briefing documents before meetings
• Handle ad hoc tasks including expenses, document preparation, and supplier coordination

Qualifications

• Excellent written English — professional and polished
• Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Discreet — you handle sensitive information with total confidentiality
• Proactive — you spot what needs doing without being asked

Requirements

• Experience as a VA or EA supporting senior executives (nice to have)
• Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 (nice to have)
• Experience with calendar and travel booking tools (nice to have)
