Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Remote Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day business operations. This is a part-time, remote role with an initial trial period and potential for long-term engagement. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy (especially with AI tools), and comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

• Provide general administrative support to the business
• Conduct online research (e.g., companies, markets, contacts, travel-related insights)
• Assist with preparing materials such as:
  • Reports
  • Presentations and pitch decks
• Create and edit simple visual content using Canva
• Support business development efforts through research and data gathering
• Help prioritize and manage incoming tasks from the founder
• Maintain clear and timely communication on progress and deliverables

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Experience with AI tools (preferably Claude and/or Gemini)
• Proficiency in Canva (basic to intermediate level)
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• High level of responsiveness and reliability

Requirements

• Experience in HR, organizational development, or consulting environments (nice-to-have)
• Familiarity with the hospitality and/or tourism industry (nice-to-have)
• Experience supporting entrepreneurs or small businesses (nice-to-have)
