• Support social media management and basic marketing efforts as needed
• Help coordinate promotions, events, and member outreach campaigns
• Maintain organized digital files and ensure accurate documentation

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a virtual assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar remote support role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with common office tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar platforms
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated, distraction-free remote workspace
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
