This is an entry-level Virtual Assistant position supporting UK-based clients through Remote Recruitment. No prior experience is required — comprehensive training is provided to help you succeed in this fully remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing emails, calendars, and scheduling for UK clients
• Handling data entry, document preparation, and filing
• Coordinating travel arrangements and meeting logistics
• Responding to client queries via email and chat
• Assisting with research tasks and preparing reports

Qualifications

• Matric certificate or equivalent (no experience required — training provided)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using computers and digital tools

Requirements

• Reliable laptop or desktop computer
• Stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
• Quiet, dedicated home workspace
• Backup power solution (UPS or inverter recommended)
