Role Description
Flex Living is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our flexible accommodation business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing administrative tasks
- Ensuring smooth communication between teams
- Providing exceptional support to our clients
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or Slack)
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools quickly
Requirements
- Fluent in written and verbal English
- A reliable mobile phone, laptop, and internet connection
- Availability to work weekends on a rotating basis
- Ability to work more than the normal working hours and extra days when needed
- A desire to commit to a long-term career with our company

Working Hours
The standard working hours for this position are from 8 am to 5 pm UK time during the week. The schedule includes:
- 6 working days with 1 day off (Sunday)
- This will become 5 working days with 2 days off when you get promoted to senior distribution assistant
