As a Twin Health Coach, you will be the most frequent contact with a variety of our members and play an essential role in transforming their lives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a dedicated point of contact for VIP members, while remaining agile and ready to pivot to other operational areas.
• Efficiently manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality of service.
• Quickly absorb, master, and implement new processes, tools, and technical systems.
• Onboard new members, including completing their Welcome Visit and setting them up for success.
• Promote engagement and adherence to Twin's core recommendations for success.
• Assist members with their progress and create a sustainable long-term plan.
• Provide increased levels of support to members struggling with success in the program.
• Deliver remote coaching via apps, video conferencing, and the Twin Health electronic system.
• Engage and activate members to set goals, manage their care, and stay motivated.
• Conduct detailed daily monitoring and management of assigned members.
• Review member health data and reports daily to ensure accuracy and program adherence.
• Provide feedback to members on daily metrics including weight, blood glucose monitoring, and satisfaction with the program.
• Strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures for member management and escalations.
• Collaborate closely with coaching team colleagues, providers, registered nurses, and operations teams.
• Organize and maintain participant’s records in a secure compliant fashion.
• Provide valuable feedback to Leadership regarding current coach processes and nutritional content.
• Be the main point of contact and communication with the care team & guide care team on best next steps.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related work experience in Health/Nutrition counseling, health coaching, fitness coaching, or similar.
• Active license in US, Health Coaching or Health Educator certifications preferred.
• Skilled in motivational interviewing and driving behavior change.
• Comfort and enthusiasm for adopting the latest technologies.
• Experience in a high-growth or quickly changing environment.
• Positive, optimistic attitude that inspires clients and team members.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and results-focused.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to handle competing demands with diplomacy and enthusiasm.

Compensation and Benefits

• The compensation range for this position is $75,000 - $80,000 annually.
