[Hiring] Videojet Field Service Technician @Veralto

Role Description

The Field Service Technician is responsible for maintaining and supporting customer equipment, including installation, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of Videojet devices located at customer sites. This role requires building strong, trusted relationships with customers and providing expert guidance to address their needs.

• Travel throughout the Salisbury, MD (Delmarva Peninsula) territory to support manufacturing customers.
• Provide ongoing care and support for customer equipment.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Videojet coding and marking equipment at customer facilities.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues and deliver effective, timely solutions.
• Become a trusted advisor and partner for customers to develop excellent relationships.
• Extend Videojet's footprint in the market by promoting service agreements and newer technology.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of technical, mechanical, electrical, or field service experience.
• Technical Degree preferred and/or relevant military training; other backgrounds welcome to apply with relevant work history.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand, lift, stretch, bend, and squat throughout the day.
• Must be comfortable with day travel and home most evenings; occasional overnight travel.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory, including occasional overnight travel.
• Ability to comply with customer safety requirements, PPE standards, and site access policies.
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to safely operate a company vehicle.
