Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from an accredited college or university preferred; ideally in Film, Television, Video Production, Digital Media, Communications, or equivalent education, experience, skills, and knowledge needed to perform the tasks and responsibilities of the position
• Five years of experience in entertainment journalism, digital media, or related fields
• Knowledge and experience with video production workflows, including pre-production, production, and post-production
• Understanding of common crew roles, equipment needs, deliverables, and production terminology
• Proven experience coordinating complex video productions in digital media or entertainment journalism
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
• A collaborative spirit, excellent communication, and a knack for problem-solving under pressure
• Comfort with digital tools, remote teamwork, and experimenting with new AI-driven solutions
• Passion for supporting trusted journalism and elevating audience experiences through innovation

Benefits

• The anticipated pay range for this position is between $31.88 - $45.00 an hour
• Individual base pay may vary within that range depending on job-related knowledge, department equity, skills, experience, and relevant education
