Role Description

Créer du contenu qui fait vibrer et fédérer une communauté de filles libres, audacieuses, qui n’ont pas peur d’être elles-mêmes.

  • Montage & CrĂ©ation de contenus
    • YouTube (storytelling, rĂ©tention, effets, sous-titres… le combo qui fait rester)
    • Formats courts viraux (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
    • Adaptation aux codes de chaque plateforme
  • Gestion des RĂ©seaux
    • Programmation des posts
    • RĂ©daction de captions avec de la personnalitĂ©
    • Animation des stories (FAQ, mini-jeux, teasing)
    • Engagement (DM, comms, mentions)
  • Organisation & Analyse
    • Tri & gestion des rushs (Frame)
    • Suivi des perfs & ajustements stratĂ©giques
    • Veille constante sur les trends, sons, formats
    • Automatisations (ManyChat, Notion… t’aimes quand ça roule tout seul)

Qualifications

  • Un bon Ĺ“il (et un bon rythme) en montage
  • La main sur CapCut Pro, Premiere ou Ă©quivalent
  • L’amour des rĂ©seaux et de leurs algorithmes
  • Une plume affĂ»tĂ©e et un vrai sens du storytelling
  • Autonomie, rigueur, curiositĂ©, humour (on prend tout)

Requirements

  • Vibrer avec les sujets de libertĂ©, sensualitĂ©, amour propre
  • ConnaĂ®tre Notion, Frame, CapCut Pro sur le bout des doigts
  • Avoir dĂ©jĂ  gĂ©rĂ© un compte influent ou une chaĂ®ne YouTube
