Role Description

AutoRABIT is seeking a strategic and hands-on Vice President of Enterprise Technology to lead the organization's Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and Corporate IT functions. This executive will be responsible for scaling and operating a secure, highly available, and scalable AI-focused technology environment that supports both our internal teams and our global customer base.

This role is instrumental in advancing AutoRABIT's operational maturity while supporting our FedRAMP authorization efforts and ongoing compliance with federal security requirements. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for operational excellence in global high growth SaaS environments.

Working closely with Engineering, Product, Security, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership, the Vice President of Enterprise Technology will define the technology operations strategy, strengthen enterprise production infrastructure and internal technical stack, and ensure our systems meet the reliability, security, and performance expectations of enterprise and government customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Enterprise Technology Leadership
  • Lead the SRE and Corporate IT organizations while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and execute the enterprise technology strategy in partnership with the CTO.
  • Build and mentor high performing technical leaders and engineering teams.
  • Drive organizational maturity through scalable operational processes, automation, and modern technology practices.
• Site Reliability Engineering & Operations
  • Own platform reliability, availability, incident response, observability, compliance, and operational readiness.
  • Establish and monitor Service Level Objectives (SLOs), Service Level Indicators (SLIs), and operational KPIs.
  • Lead major incident management, root cause analysis, and post incident reviews.
  • Champion automation initiatives that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Enterprise Infrastructure & IT
  • Lead the strategy and execution of enterprise IT services including identity management, endpoint management, networking, collaboration platforms, and corporate systems.
  • Ensure secure, scalable technology solutions that support a distributed workforce.
  • Oversee IT service delivery, ensuring timely resolution of support requests while actively managing and assisting with IT tickets and escalations as needed.
  • Evaluate and modernize enterprise technology platforms to improve employee productivity and operational efficiency.
• Security, Compliance & FedRAMP
  • Partner with Security and Compliance teams to support FedRAMP authorization and ongoing compliance initiatives.
  • Ensure operational processes align with NIST 800-53 controls and other regulatory frameworks.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to embed security, governance, and compliance into operational workflows.
  • Support audits, continuous monitoring activities, and customer security assessments.
• Executive Leadership
  • Partner with executive leadership to align enterprise technology initiatives with company objectives.
  • Present operational metrics, risks, and strategic recommendations to the executive team.
  • Manage departmental budgets, resource planning, and vendor relationships.
  • Serve as the executive leader during critical customer escalations and major production incidents.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading enterprise infrastructure, cloud operations, SRE, platform engineering, or enterprise technology organizations.
• 5+ years of executive or senior leadership experience managing multiple technical organizations.
• Proven experience leading Site Reliability Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or Enterprise Operations teams.
• Hands-on technical expertise with modern cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience supporting FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, or other regulated compliance frameworks.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT, cloud architecture, networking, identity management, and security best practices.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, automation, and DevSecOps methodologies.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Experience leading remote, geographically distributed technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise technology organizations within a SaaS company.
• Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps or enterprise software delivery platforms.
• Experience supporting enterprise or government customers.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, AWS Solutions Architect, AWS Security Specialty, or similar certifications are preferred.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $250,000 to $280,000 USD + variable.
• Must be a US citizen/permanent resident, and capable of obtaining a Government Security clearance if required and live in and work from the US.
• Green card holders qualify, but H1B or other work visa holders do not qualify for this role.
• THIS IS A 100% REMOTE JOB, but requires 10% travel and an in-person component to the interview process.
