Our client is a multi-state provider of Home Health and Hospice services. They have a current opening for a Vice President of Care Delivery Operations that can be remotely based in the Central or Eastern time zones. Multi-state, corporate level operations oversight including intake, care coordination, and back-office support is required. Hospice experience is ideal, but Home Health or other post-acute healthcare backgrounds will be considered. A clinician is a plus but not required. We require a strategic, tech savvy, and innovative leader who has a track record of scaling operations. Enterprise level automation or AI experience.

Qualifications

• Multi-state Healthcare enterprise-wide operations experience including shared / centralized service / care delivery oversight.
• Hospice, Home Health, or Post-Acute experience required.
• Intake / Care Utilization / Call-center / EMR experience management.
• Clinician preferred. Minimum of a bachelor’s degree required.
• M&A / Joint Venture / Preferred Partnership experience preferred.

Requirements

• Strategic oversight of centralized care delivery services and directly reporting leaders.
• Monitor/create KPI’s to assess, improve, & standardize workflows and processes across all markets including acquisitions and joint venture partnerships.
• Create and implement scalable operational structure across the organization.
• Collaborate and support individual market leaders regarding all centralized support functions.
• Manage vendors including corporate-side EMR implementation & integration projects.
• Travel up to 25% to corporate meetings and branch markets as needed.
