[Hiring] Vice President, Line of Business Leader, Health Analytics, Research & Technology @ICF

Role Description

ICF seeks a dynamic and highly effective Line of Business (LOB) Leader for the Health Analytics, Research & Technology (HART) LOB. This strategic management position focuses on addressing critical challenges at the intersection of health research, data, and technology with support on the health research ecosystem through:

• Research study support
• Data management
• Health IT services
• Measure development & evaluation
• Management & exchange of biomedical & health information

Key Responsibilities include:

• Growth and Business Development:
  • Lead LOB business development, strategy, and market intelligence.
  • Participate in key business development activities from opportunity identification through capture.
  • Foster technical advancement of ICF’s and HART’s offerings.
  • Expand ICF’s external brand through thought leadership and professional engagement.
  • Develop and sustain strong relationships with Senior Government clients and officials.
• Financial Management:
  • Assume full profit and loss (P&L) responsibility for the HART's LOB.
  • Manage delivery risk and performance in cooperation with delivery and operations.
  • Report on revenue, programmatic and metrics progress to the division leader.
  • Communicate regularly with the Division Lead to address challenges/risks.
• People Management:
  • Lead a dynamic team of approximately 125 staff.
  • Mentor Portfolio Leaders and senior Portfolio staff.
  • Build and develop next generation leaders.
  • Support a culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Manage a team of direct reports.

Qualifications

• 10+ years business leadership experience in professional services environment.
• 10+ years of experience leading a diverse health consulting business.
• 10+ years of demonstrated success in managing budgets and allocating resources.
• Experience developing strategic teaming relationships with potential partners.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and foster partnership with business leadership.
• At least a bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to travel.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience working in a professional services/consulting firm.
• Master’s degree, or Ph.D. in Public Health, with a health research focus.

Pay Range

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:

$232,527.00 - $395,296.00
