    • Identify opportunities to develop innovative campaign tactics.
    • Monitor trends in corporate behavior and share insights with the Intelligence & Impact team.
    • Work closely with investigations, marketing & communications, organizing, policy, and other relevant teams.
    • Build and maintain relationships with corporate executives and other influential stakeholders.
  • Global Leadership & Regional Collaboration:
    • Lead, develop, and empower a high-performing global corporate impact team.
    • Set clear expectations, provide feedback, and hold team members accountable.
    • Partner closely with regional Managing Directors to establish shared corporate impact priorities.
    • Foster the exchange of effective tactics and lessons learned across MFA's global operations.
    • Identify opportunities to simplify processes and leverage technology.
  • Enterprise Leadership, Partnerships & Resource Stewardship:
    • Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team.
    • Collaborate with Intelligence & Impact to strengthen evidence-based decision-making.
    • Cultivate strategic relationships and coalitions with other animal protection organizations.
    • Represent MFA with corporate leaders and other external stakeholders.
    • Oversee the effective deployment of the global corporate impact budget.
    • Partner with Development and Finance to support compelling grant proposals.
