Role Description

Crawford & Company is seeking a strategic and experienced Vice President, Enterprise Platforms & IT Governance to lead the strategy, modernization, delivery, and operational excellence of our enterprise platforms and corporate business systems. This executive role will oversee technology platforms across:

• ERP
• HCM
• EPM
• Finance
• Human Resources
• Procurement
• Shared services functions

This role will also provide leadership for:

• IT governance
• Technology procurement
• Vendor management
• Technology business operations

Reporting to the EVP, Global CIO, this role serves as a senior technology leader, strategic business partner, and trusted advisor. The successful candidate will work closely with:

• Finance
• Human Resources
• Procurement
• Legal
• Enterprise Architecture
• Data & Analytics
• Security
• Business transformation leaders
