Role Description

AI Support, Template Personalization & Regional Optimization β€” Australia/New Zealand

  • Develop, customize, and optimize templates and AI personalizations within the CoVet app for veterinary users across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Lead template configuration and workflow personalization for enterprise customers.
  • Provide expert support by troubleshooting and resolving issues related to templates, prompting, AI outputs, and documentation workflows.
  • Partner closely with enterprise implementation, support, product, medical, and engineering teams.
  • Identify and escalate AI system issues, regional workflow gaps, and product improvement opportunities.
  • Support the rollout of CoVet across enterprise veterinary groups by developing scalable implementation processes and training resources.
  • Work directly with customer stakeholders to understand workflow challenges and gather feedback.
  • Create engaging content such as Help Center articles, implementation guides, and training materials.
  • Represent CoVet in webinars, podcasts, and conferences across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Participate in academic research projects and industry initiatives.
  • Attend team meetings and communicate openly with Medical, Support, Product, and Implementation teams.
  • Contribute to the overall design, localization, and future enhancement of the CoVet application.

Customer Support & Implementation Support β€” Australia/New Zealand

  • Assess, categorize, and prioritize incoming support requests from users.
  • Provide responsive, regionally informed support to veterinary teams.
  • Assemble relevant information to diagnose issues accurately.
  • Use veterinary medical knowledge and technical expertise to identify the root cause of issues.
  • Implement template, personalization, and workflow changes efficiently.
  • Support enterprise customers through implementation and post-launch adoption.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer experience.
  • Create and update support materials, including Help Center articles and instructional videos.
  • Maintain the accuracy and relevance of support documentation.
  • Track common issues and adoption barriers to inform product improvements.

Enterprise Customer Success, Adoption & Sales Support β€” Australia/New Zealand

  • Support the onboarding, implementation, and long-term adoption of CoVet.
  • Build strong relationships with existing customers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer outcomes.
  • Monitor customer feedback, usage patterns, and implementation challenges.
  • Conduct tailored product demonstrations and workflow walkthroughs.
  • Support sales and customer success teams with clinical and product expertise.
  • Stay up to date on veterinary industry trends and product developments.
  • Leverage knowledge of the Australian and New Zealand veterinary markets.
  • Contribute to CoVet’s growth by supporting customer engagement and product adoption.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of professional experience as a practicing veterinarian in any veterinary specialty.
  • Strong coaching and leadership skills.
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience working with AI systems or prompt engineering is an advantage.
  • Experience in customer support is a plus.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex topics clearly.

Education

  • Completed degree in veterinary medicine, with veterinary licensure or an equivalent qualification required.
