Role Description

Respond to customer queries on the phone and written channels in a timely and accurate way.

• Provide and clarify information to the Nestlé consumers regarding the nutrition of the Nestlé goods for animals.
• Offer counselling and suggestions of positive alterations in nutrition, dietary restrictions, pet behaviors, and any health issues of the consumers’ pets.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
• Treat serious and sensitive consumer contacts following the specific guidelines.
• Inform customers about new products, functionalities, and campaigns.
• Gather consumers' feedback and complete a FAQ database and knowledge-based documents.
• Build a relationship with the stakeholders from the market, providing them information regarding health and nutrition topics to support business decision making.
• Ensure Nestlé CES Standard Instructions on Consumer Complaints Handling process is handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
• Redirect consumers' questions to appropriate stakeholders in case of impossibility in providing an answer.

Qualifications

• Advanced Written and Spoken Knowledge in Spanish and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine, Biology, Food Science, or similar.
• 1 year+ Experience as a Veterinary technician or Veterinary Assistant or Customer Relations.
• Pets’ nutrition and behavior knowledge (steps for pet).
• Having experience in customer relations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Capable of multi-tasking and being autonomous while working remotely.
• Attention to details, flexible and willing to learn new ways of work and technologies.
