[Hiring] Validation Engineer I @KPI Solutions

Role Description

Entry-level validation engineer supporting execution of qualification testing and documentation under guidance of senior staff.

• Executes Static IQ, Dynamic IQ, and OQ test steps
• Assist in protocol execution for IQ/OQ/PQ testing activities
• Collect and organize validation evidence, logs, and test data
• Support installation phase activities and documentation updates
• Participate in deviation investigations and follow-up actions
• Learn and apply departmental standards and validation best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, industrial technology, computer science, or related field
• 0–2 years experience (internship/co-op in regulated industry preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn validation processes

Requirements

• Internship or co-op in automated systems environment
• Basic understanding of validation terminology (IQ/OQ/PQ)
• Strong technical writing ability
