[Hiring] Utilities Permit Agent @ORC

What You’ll Do:

• Identify all required permits for road crossings, foreign utility crossings, rail crossings, water crossings, and special/conditional use scenarios.
• Conduct in-depth research using online databases, courthouse records, and recorded documents to determine permitting requirements.
• Utilize Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to perform property research and maintain accurate mapping and data records.
• Apply knowledge of real property concepts and instruments to ensure compliance with permit-related regulations and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six (6) years of Utility Permitting or a related field.
• Must be proficient with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Must have an iOS or Android smartphone to be able to access ORC's systems.
• Valid Driver’s License.
