Role Description

As a University Admissions Counselor at Crimson Global Academy, your key function will be to provide exceptional, comprehensive university admissions support to our students. This role will see working directly with a substantial number of CGA students to help them discover university pathways, explore possible career fields and majors, construct academic plans, and strategize for university admissions success.

Oversee the entire student university admissions journey from end to end.
Provide expert advice and guidance to ensure students achieve strong results to their best fit universities.
Engage with parents to answer questions regarding academic plans and gain alignment for university admissions success.
Oversee CGA’s full suite of extracurricular activities, clubs, and competitions.
Liaise with faculty and student club leaders, providing ongoing guidance and shaping extracurricular offerings.

This remote work, part-time role requires a commitment of 20 hours per week. Working hours are flexible, but should be adapted to meeting a large base of students based in East Asia, Southeast Asia, Australia, and New Zealand.

Qualifications

A strong understanding and willingness to master CGA’s academic offerings, structured around the British A Levels and US Diploma program.
An advanced awareness of application pathways to universities around the world, particularly in the US and UK.
High-quality project management and product development skills.
Cultural familiarity and fluency for cultures around the world.
Meticulous attention to detail when managing student documentation and supporting materials.

Requirements

Proactive Student Interaction: Develop strong relationships with students and parents through proactive communication.
Content Development: Build out a robust set of asynchronous admissions content to guide students.
Administrative Excellence: Manage student materials and documents with attention and care.
Extracurricular Development: Develop and maintain CGA’s extracurricular support network.
Continuous Improvement: Actively improve all aspects of the CGA student experience.
