[Hiring] Tulip Application Support Engineer @Softtek

Role Description

Responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing Tulip applications that enable digital manufacturing and frontline operations. The role focuses on ensuring the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of workflows built on the Tulip platform, including:

• Production guidance
• Data collection
• Quality management
• Operational visibility

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Tulip, including application configuration, connectors, edge device integration, and troubleshooting. Strong knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL is required for data analysis, reporting, and system integrations. Experience with JavaScript, Node.js, and Node-RED is highly valued to support integrations between Tulip and enterprise systems, equipment, and external applications.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years of experience with supporting, configuring, maintaining, and enhancing applications developed on the Tulip platform.
• Strong knowledge of Tulip Apps, Tables, Connectors, Workflows, and Machine Monitoring administration.
• Experience with Edge Device integration and support within digital manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency in SQL for query development, analysis, and optimization.
• Experience managing and leveraging PostgreSQL databases.
• Knowledge of development and integrations using JavaScript, Node.js, and Node-RED.
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs for integration with enterprise systems and external applications.
• Understanding of digital manufacturing processes, traceability, production data collection, and quality management.
• Experience in application monitoring, incident analysis and resolution (troubleshooting), and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Knowledge of implementation, testing, validation, and deployment practices for technology solutions.
• Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge management artifacts.
• Knowledge of data security standards, data governance practices, and IT policy compliance.
• Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) methodologies and processes, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Knowledge Management.
