Role Description

The Treasury, Cash & Travel Platforms IT Manager will be responsible for the design, implementation, and support of key Treasury, Cash and Travel processes in a new SAP S/4 ERP environment. The successful candidate will possess a strong combination of analytical and technical skills and will design best practice IT solutions in close collaboration with business counterparts.

• Managing & leading the team to design, deploy, and support Treasury, Cash and Travel applications.
• Executing and delivering solutions to Solventum through the leadership of process design and configuration, that meet defined global business objectives and requirements.
• Collaborating with business counterparts in the design, development, testing and delivery of treasury, cash, and travel solutions.
• Collaborating with IT colleagues, team members and cross functional teams in application design, development, integration, testing and deployment of solutions.
• Designing, creating, testing & documenting the configuration of applications to support global business requirements and performance goals.
• Fully understanding the capabilities and limitations of the application technical architecture/solution in assigned areas.
• Working with business areas and IT colleagues to define the overall application and technical requirements.
• Providing knowledge and expertise on current processes and procedures.
• Ensuring the products and components work together to meet the objectives and performance goals as defined in the functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operational requirements.
• Identifying and helping resolve design issues, participating, and providing critique for design reviews.
• Advocating recommended process design changes within their process community.
• Supporting adherence to business and program objectives and program mission.
• Reviewing, approving and signing off deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree AND seven (7) years of experience in IT experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
• 5 years of SAP Treasury or SAP FSCM experience.
• 2 years of experience managing people.

Requirements

• 5 years of project management experience.
• Educational or professional background in Finance, Treasury or Accounting.
• Experience with global treasury deployments.
• Experience with global ERP deployments.
• Experience with global Travel and Expense deployments.
• Experience with tools Concur and Kyriba.
