In this role, you'll use established systems, tools, and training to support travel-related requests and internal workflows while working independently and maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.

• Coordinate travel schedules, timelines, and key planning milestones
• Oversee workflow progress to ensure travel-related tasks are completed accurately and on time
• Communicate with clients and team members to gather and confirm itinerary details
• Track updates, monitor outstanding items, and follow up as needed
• Maintain organized digital records, itineraries, and documentation
• Review travel plans to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Identify ways to improve efficiency and maintain smooth planning processes

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple schedules and prioritize effectively
• Experience in scheduling, administrative coordination, workflow management, or customer support (preferred, not required)
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
