• Evaluate claims and make adjustment recommendations
• Prepare detailed, professional reports
• Manage a full caseload independently

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of claims handling experience (commercial trucking preferred)
• Strong investigation skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently
