Role Description

Paramount Recovery Service is seeking a Transportation Coordinator to support daily transportation and logistics operations. This is a remote position. The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Coordinating deliveries
• Maintaining transportation records
• Communicating with drivers and clients
• Ensuring shipments are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule

Essential Duties:

• Coordinate daily transportation and delivery activities.
• Schedule deliveries and monitor shipment status.
• Maintain transportation records and documentation.
• Communicate with drivers, vendors, clients, and internal departments via remote tools and platforms.
• Resolve transportation-related issues and support operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in transportation, logistics, customer service, or administration preferred; willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
