Role Description

We are seeking a transcription/correspondence specialist for a part-time position. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience transcribing and preparing legal correspondence. The employee's primary duties will be to transcribe, prepare, and send firm correspondence as dictated or prepared.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or greater.
• At least 1 year of experience transcribing dictated correspondence.
• Proficiency across Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office, and Windows.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both orally and in writing.

Requirements

• Experience working in a law office (preferred).
• Job Type: Part-time.
• Travel requirement: No travel.
• Education: High school or equivalent (Required).
• Experience: dictation transcription: 1 year (Required).

Benefits

• The employee will be expected to commit to a set weekly schedule for 15-20 hours per week, to be determined at hire.
• Pay will be commensurate with experience.
• This is a non-exempt, part-time hourly position.
