Role Description

The position involves significant data entry and requires utmost discretion, security, and integrity, as the data is confidential.

Responsibilities

• Input Data: Enter information into databases, spreadsheets, or systems primarily digital files.
• Verify Accuracy: Double-check entries for errors and inconsistencies to maintain data integrity.
• Organize and Sort Data: Sort and categorize data for easy retrieval, reference, and analysis.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled undergraduate student at The University of Texas at Austin.
• Maintain a 2.5 cumulative GPA.
• Have and maintain good academic and judicial standing at the university.
• Ability to be flexible and energetic in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to complete all required training and attend team meetings and trainings.
• Maintain discretion, security, and integrity with confidential information.
• Be timely, responsible, and responsive.
• Be able to work independently, as well as collaborate with a team.
• Be able to think critically and problem-solve to interpret data to make reasonable conclusions.
• Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.

Requirements

• Work is remote.
• Worker is required to have a laptop/PC.
• Worker is required to have a good/reliable internet connection.
• Involves significant review and data entry of transcript coursework for applicants to UT Austin.
• Training and assessment will be provided.

Benefits

• Salary Range: $13.00 per hour.
