Role Description
As the EMEA Training Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of EMEAs' international training mission, administrative support, coordination of the translation of all applicable learning materials, supporting Instructor and Master Instructor Courses, and providing support to the Axon training network and Contractor population. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Training Manager and Deputy Director on operational tasks, supporting the team as it expands its scope and capabilities. This position is vital for ensuring the success of EMEA's training mission and enhancing our training resources for operators.
- Support, lead, coordinate and mentor a team of training professionals/Pod leads across the EMEA region ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Deliver translated Axon Training curriculum, materials and associated training to the EMEA Region.
- Support market development and strategic and operational initiatives across EMEA in support of strategic sales and scaling targets.
- Work with and enable EMEA Sales team to facilitate the adoption and rapid deployment of Axon products across the market region.
- Ensure constant synchronization of assets with US-based Training Team, European Training Team, Global Marketing Team, Sales Team, Distributors and Customers.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and mitigate operational risks through effective governance and controls.
- Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and regulatory bodies.
- Support and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate departmental performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Identify training needs analysis and support for Customers internally and externally.
- Support delivery of a transparent and constructive evaluation process identifying areas of continuous learning and development.
- Lead or contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in administrative support/training roles, preferably within the Law Enforcement/Military or technology industry.
- Ability to travel up to 50% required.
- Proven team player and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Strong strategic planning and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience managing administrative operations in a global or multi-national organization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, Carbon Voice, Voxer, SharePoint, and Smartsheets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
