Role Description
The Fraud Prevention Agent plays a critical role in safeguarding the Apex Trader Funding platform by identifying and preventing fraudulent behavior. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to take initiative to mitigate potential financial threats. Agents are expected to operate with integrity and contribute to a fair trading environment.
- Monitor account and trading activity to detect fraudulent behavior
- Conduct identity verification and assess customer documentation for compliance
- Investigate suspicious accounts and enforce compliance policies where necessary
- Review affiliate activity to detect and prevent fraudulent commission claims
- Manage chargeback cases and facilitate resolution of disputes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex cases and enhance fraud detection systems
Qualifications
- Experience in fraud prevention, trading platforms, compliance, or a related field
- Background in customer service is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to assess risk and make sound decisions under pressure

- Follow internal policies and SOPs with precision
