Role Description

Therapy Training Specialist Calabria responsible for providing support, training and monitoring to clinical stakeholders regarding diabetes related solutions.

• Provides technical expertise to sales representatives, other sales functions and customers.
• Provides technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation and maintenance of company products.
• May provide follow-up support to company sales staff and customer personnel by providing technical support and information on specific applications.
• Provides sales personnel with technical data necessary for the demonstration of products.
• May make technical or scientific presentations at sales meetings and customer locations.
• Conducts on-site education and consulting, and supports establishment and maintenance of customer relations with healthcare professionals and organizations.
• Acts as a liaison between sales personnel and technical staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master's degree in biological engineering or equivalent.
• Fluency in English.
• Some experience within the clinical sector.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Availability to travel to South Calabria.
