Role Description
Licensed therapists in Tennessee (TN license or reciprocity) needed for Virtual Clinic at Centerstone. Focus is on commercial clients with targeted evidence-based interventions. Flexibility in scheduling. Ability to manage your smaller caseload and see clients more frequently to move more quickly toward successful discharge. 100% Remote and Fully virtual; all equipment provided.
- Provide therapy to clients in a clinic setting while maintaining good clinical judgement.
- Ability to formulate a diagnosis upon completion of intake assessment.
- Complete timely clinical documentation.
- Create and update treatment plans according to policy.
- Provide therapy services based upon assessment of clinical needs and diagnosis.
- Respond to supervisory communication including urgent care situations and other clinical needs as applicable in virtual or face to face settings.
- Keep administrative supervisor informed of all potential issues that could impact the program or the organization.
- Respond to needs of clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Demonstrate good clinical judgment in client care.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Mental Health, or related field.
- Prefer candidate to be license eligible in their chosen field.
- Course work and/or work experience including clinical internships in treatment planning, appraisal and assessment of mental disorders, psychopathology, and the use of the DSM in assigning a diagnosis.
- Must have LCSW, LPC-MHSP or LMFT-MHSP license.
