[Hiring] Tenant Insurance Processor @Extenteam Client Roles

Role Description

The ideal candidate should be a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional that is able to support the administration of the renter’s insurance program across our large portfolio of residential communities. This role is responsible for processing new policies, maintaining existing coverage and serves as a key liaison between residents and our property management teams. We’re seeking someone with strong time management and organizational skills, clear communication, and a commitment to providing a smooth resident experience.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Process renter’s insurance enrollments, updates, renewals, and cancellations in a timely and accurate manner
• Review policy documentation to ensure compliance with company requirements and regulatory standards
• Maintain accurate records of resident insurance coverage within internal systems
• Partner with on-site property teams to verify coverage, resolve discrepancies, and support lease compliance
• Communicate with residents to provide guidance on insurance requirements, coverage options, and policy status
• Assist in reporting, audits, and process improvements related to insurance tracking and compliance

Qualifications

• Proven ability with managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and MRI
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Experience in property management, insurance administration or a related field is a plus

Requirements

• Internet speed minimum 30mbps: Needs to be Wired (Buy a dongle if no LAN port)
• i5 11th Gen or higher
• Windows 11 / MacOS Catalina or higher
• Minimum of 8 GB RAM
• Private and quiet dedicated home office area (no roosters, dogs, children's noises in the background)
• Back-ups in case of power or internet provider interruptions
• Good headset and webcam (preferably noise-canceling headset)
