Role Description

Under the direction of the VP – Information Technology, the Technology Transformation Manager leads LC Plus’s digital transformation efforts, aligning technology with organizational strategy to deliver measurable client outcomes. The role partners with leadership, stakeholders, and technical teams to translate strategic priorities into executable initiatives and scalable service offerings that support LC Plus’s growth as a Managed Service Provider.

This position oversees modern workplace technologies, including:

• Microsoft 365
• SharePoint
• Power Platform
• Microsoft Copilot
• Emerging platforms

It leads teams across digital platforms and business systems automation while driving project management rigor, vendor coordination, governance, and client enablement through adoption and resource development. Customer service excellence and cybersecurity are embedded across all activities.

Accountable for delivery outcomes, the role ensures initiatives progress in a structured, timely manner, primarily through team leadership and partnerships, with occasional hands-on support as needed. Operating within a dynamic, growth-oriented environment, the role requires strong ownership, adaptability, and a focus on scalable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or related field, or equivalent combination of formal education and experience preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive IT experience including service desk or operations exposure, project management, and solution delivery.
• Hands-on fluency with modern workplace technologies, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, and Microsoft Copilot.
• Experience advising on vendor selection, including comparative analysis and build vs. buy decisions.
• Proven ability to lead end-user adoption and change management.
• Experience leading or supervising technical professionals, preferably within an MSP or consulting environment.
• Familiarity with IT governance, audit support, and compliance frameworks.
• Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to operate at the intersection of people and technology.
• Alignment with LC Plus’s mission to support mission-driven organizations.
• Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and proof of adequate insurance required.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of recognized frameworks such as ITIL, PRINCE2, Agile, or PMI-aligned practice.
• Practitioner-grade certification a plus.
• Strong personal interest in AI, actively exploring practical applications beyond formal engagements.
