Role Description

The Technology Business Partner serves as the key operational lead for the integration of acquired companies into Visterra's systems and operating model. This role bridges business operations, technology, and leadership teams to ensure a seamless transition onto the Aspire platform while maintaining business continuity. The Technology Business Partner develops a deep understanding of acquired companies' operational workflows, translates those processes into scalable system configurations, and drives the adoption of standardized best practices across the organization. This position plays a critical role in delivering successful integrations and supporting operational excellence throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the lead operational resource during integrations, deeply understanding the acquired company's existing operational workflows, including estimating, job costing, scheduling, and billing.
• Be the primary owner of process mapping. Translate the acquired company's operational processes into the Aspire platform, ensuring a logical and functional setup.
• Configure the Aspire system to reflect the new company's operational structure, collaborating with IT to ensure all settings align with the established plan.
• Identify, document, and standardize best practices across newly integrated companies, aligning them with Visterra's core processes while preserving local strengths.
• Partner closely with acquired leadership, Visterra's executive team, and other departments to execute a coordinated and successful integration effort.
• Conduct and coordinate training programs for new and existing teams on Aspire and Visterra's operational procedures, and provide direct support during and after the stabilization period.
• Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges that arise during integration, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, Landscape Management, or related field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in landscape operations or integration management.
• Hands-on experience with Aspire is required, including a strong understanding of Aspire's functionality related to job costing, pricing, and markup strategies.
• Strong understanding of landscape services including maintenance, enhancements, and snow.
• Proven ability to lead change and manage complex projects across multiple locations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, especially in field environments.
• Willingness to travel regularly to support branch operations and integration efforts.
• 5 years’ experience of Mergers & Acquisition is preferred.
