Role Description

You will provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise to customers using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate. You will lead the technical team, support case resolution, diagnose complex issues, provide technical guidance, and ensure timely and accurate resolution.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role. You are expected to:

• Reproduce issues
• Read error telemetry
• Understand the platform properly
• Guide team members through complex technical issues
• Reach a correct answer rather than a deflection

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a Team Lead role with proven team-handling experience
• Demonstrable hands-on experience building and supporting Power Apps (canvas and model-driven) and Power Automate flows in a real working environment
• Working knowledge of Dataverse, connectors, environments and Power Platform security concepts
• Ability to troubleshoot from error messages, run history and logs rather than by trial and error
• Strong written English. You will be writing directly to customers
• Strong leadership, communication and team management skills
• Reliable high-speed internet, a working machine, and a quiet place to work through your shift
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and within the client's security and data handling requirements

Requirements

• Lead and manage the technical team handling Power Apps and Power Automate cases
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members on complex issues and escalations
• Review technical resolutions and ensure quality, accuracy and adherence to support standards
• Mentor and guide team members to improve troubleshooting and technical capabilities
• Take ownership of complex technical issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalations
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of critical issues
