Role Description

The Technical & Creative Virtual Assistant will be responsible for managing the client's digital content across multiple platforms. The role centers around podcast editing, short-form video creation, social media management, graphic design, and occasional website updates. The ideal candidate is proactive, creative, organized, coachable, and capable of transforming raw content into polished, engaging marketing assets while maintaining the client's professional brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Podcast Production & Video Editing
  • Edit podcast episodes (approximately two episodes per month)
  • Produce polished long-form YouTube videos
  • Create engaging short-form clips from podcast episodes
  • Repurpose long-form content into Reels, Shorts, and TikTok videos
  • Add captions, subtitles, graphics, transitions, and branding
  • Ensure audio quality and professional presentation
  • Organize video files and maintain content library
• Social Media Management
  • Manage the client's social media presence across:
    • Instagram
    • Facebook
    • LinkedIn
    • TikTok
    • YouTube
  • Create graphics for social media
  • Design promotional assets
  • Schedule posts
  • Publish content
  • Write captions
  • Repurpose podcast content
  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule
  • Assist in growing audience engagement
  • Follow the client's established branding
  • Current posting frequency: Monday through Friday
• Graphic Design
  • Design marketing materials including:
    • Leadership resources
    • Social media graphics
    • Promotional graphics
    • Event graphics
    • Podcast cover graphics
    • Educational content
    • Digital workbooks
    • PDF resources
    • Presentation graphics
    • Branded visual assets
• Website Support
  • Provide occasional website maintenance, including:
    • Landing pages
    • Sales pages
    • Website updates
    • New page creation
    • Content updates
    • Minor design adjustments
• YouTube Management
  • Assist with:
    • Uploading videos (if needed)
    • Managing YouTube content
    • Organizing playlists
    • Optimizing descriptions

    • Maintaining channel consistency

Qualifications

• Experience with video editing (CapCut preferred, Adobe Premiere Pro optional, Final Cut Pro optional, Descript nice to have)
• Experience in graphic design (Canva, Adobe Express optional)
• Experience managing social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)
• Experience updating websites and landing pages (platform flexibility is acceptable)
• Experience using ConvertKit for email marketing
