Role Description

Managing customers’ expectations, ideation, and working on automation projects.

• Participating in team huddles and demonstrating teamwork to provide solutions to any issues.
• Ensuring solutions are implemented on a fast track basis and working closely with the onshore unit to ensure seamless client delivery.
• Closing audit observations, if any, in an effective and timely manner.
• Ensuring efficient processing of transactions and adherence to service standards and quality services for both internal and external customers.
• Acting as an authorizer/maker.
• Ensuring that the practices and procedures stated in the relevant manual are strictly followed during transaction processing.
• Recommending actions in relation to changes in law, Rules of International Chamber of Commerce, government regulations, and bank policies affecting the import scenario.
• Taking corrective and preventive action based on customer complaints, operational errors, and quality/RCSA analysis.
• Recommending changes in SOP, OPM & ADM to improve service levels without compromising controls.
• Recommending trainings and workshops to address knowledge gaps and embed ‘ownership of resolution’ at the grassroots level for effective results.
• Immediately escalating any errors, customer complaints, service defects, or issues raised by the counterparty to the manager.
• Sharing responsibility with seniors.
• Having a fair understanding of RBI guidelines and experience in India Ops.
