Role Description
Company is looking to hire someone to coordinate, assist, and manage team tasks.
- Maintaining an agenda and keeping meeting minutes
- Approx 5 to 10 conference calls/virtual meetings per week
- Daily attention to all email correspondence
- Building and managing daily calendar appointments
- Maintain company contact database
- Assist in resolving business issues using systems and data
- May perform additional projects upon request
