YDay - Frontier Psychiatry is hiring a remote Systems Integration & Automation Specialist. πŸ’Έ Salary: usd 65,000 - 75,000 per year πŸ“Location: USA

Role Description

This is a full-time, exempt position with a salary range of $65,000–75,000 per year, based on experience. The work arrangement is remote.

  • Own our integrations: Connect our software systems, maintain existing integrations, and keep data flowing reliably.
  • Build and automate: Create new integrations, automations, internal apps, scripts, and workflows.
  • Use AI coding tools: Prototype quickly, test solutions, and determine when no-code tools are sufficient versus when custom code is needed.
  • Protect patient information: Design integrations with HIPAA, protected health information (PHI), access controls, logging, and safe error handling in mind.
  • Work across teams: Partner with clinical, billing, credentialing, HR, and operations teams to turn manual processes into reliable workflows.
  • Document your work: Create data maps, runbooks, and system diagrams so others can support what you build.
  • Help shape a growing role: This is Frontier Psychiatry's first dedicated integration role, with room for the position to grow as the organization grows.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years connecting software systems through REST APIs, webhooks, and data mapping (JSON, CSV, HL7 or FHIR a plus).
  • Hands-on experience with an automation or iPaaS platform such as Keragon, Zapier, Make, n8n, or Workato.
  • Working knowledge of HIPAA and how to handle PHI safely in integrations.
  • Comfort writing or AI-assisting code (JavaScript, Python, or similar) and deploying what you build.
  • A habit of documenting your work and explaining it in plain language to non-technical teammates.

Requirements

  • Experience in healthcare technology, especially EHRs, billing systems, or health information exchanges (nice to have).
  • Experience with Google Workspace administration or Apps Script (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with any tool in our stack (nice to have).
  • Ties to Montana, Idaho, or Alaska (nice to have).

Benefits

  • $65,000–75,000 salary.
  • 100% remote work.
  • 3 weeks of paid vacation (120 hours), plus 40 hours of sick time.
  • Your birthday off, paid.
  • 9.5 paid holidays.
  • 401(k) with company match.
  • 100% employer-paid premiums for employee-only medical, dental, vision, and accident coverage.
  • HSA option.
  • Stock options.
  • Company-provided equipment.
  • Growth opportunities as this is our first dedicated integration role.
