[Hiring] SVP, Corporate IT @MediaKind

Role Description

MediaKind is seeking a business-oriented and execution-focused Senior Vice President - Corporate Technology (SVP). Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), the SVP will serve as a trusted partner to executive leaders across the business.

This leader will define and execute MediaKind’s enterprise technology strategy, overseeing:

• Business Technology
• Enterprise Architecture
• PMO & Transformation
• Infrastructure & Security Operations

The SVP will serve as executive sponsor for MediaKind’s most critical transformation priorities, including:

• Post-combination integration
• ERP and CRM consolidation
• Successful exit from recent Transition Services Agreements (TSAs)

Working with functional IT leaders and business stakeholders, this leader will set clear priorities, manage enterprise risk, and ensure technology investments deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Technology Leadership:
  • Execute the multi-year technology roadmap aligned with corporate objectives, growth plans, and value creation initiatives.
  • Build, develop, and retain a high-performing global technology organization.
  • Establish governance frameworks, operating models, portfolio management, and delivery disciplines.
• Business Technology, Data & Enterprise Architecture:
  • Lead strategy, governance, and evolution of enterprise business applications, data platforms, and analytics capabilities.
  • Establish enterprise architecture standards and governance processes.
  • Develop enterprise data, business intelligence, analytics, and AI capabilities.
• Infrastructure, Security & Digital Workplace Operations:
  • Lead cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, networking, and digital workplace services.
  • Maintain cybersecurity, privacy, business continuity, disaster recovery, and risk management capabilities.
• M&A Integration & Enterprise Transformation:
  • Serve as executive sponsor and accountable technology leader for business combinations and integrations.
  • Define the target-state technology environment and approve the strategic roadmap.
  • Provide executive oversight for the consolidation of MediaKind’s ERP, CRM, data, and infrastructure.
  • Maintain accountability for TSA exits, ensuring required capabilities and migrations are completed.
• Vendor, Financial & Operational Management:
  • Own enterprise technology budgeting, financial planning, and investment management.
  • Manage strategic vendor relationships and contract negotiations.
  • Optimize technology investments and operating costs while maintaining service quality.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success leading enterprise transformation and post-merger integration initiatives.
• Experience leading enterprise applications, data & analytics, infrastructure, and technology operations organizations.
• Experience managing global teams and supporting multi-territory operations.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.

Requirements

• Experience within private-equity-backed or acquisitive organizations.
• Experience leading ERP and CRM consolidations, TSA exits, and data and digital transformation programs.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion, Salesforce, collaboration platforms such as Slack, Zoom, Box, Okta, Tableau, Snowflake, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience leading technology organizations through periods of rapid growth and organizational change.
