[Hiring] Sustainment Analyst @Infios

Role Description

Infios is looking for a Sustainment Analyst to work within our Supply Chain business unit. This is a support opportunity working with the Warehouse Advantage software, Infios One (WM), and a suite of third-party software applications, including Windows operating systems, SQL Server/Oracle databases, reporting tools, and printing software.

What a day in the life looks like:

• Provide user support via phone, email, or tickets submitted through company support tools.
• Perform in-depth analysis of incidents and problems to identify root causes and implement permanent solutions.
• Consult technical documentation and alternative information sources while simulating and testing issues in the environment.
• Develop training content and educational materials and share knowledge with other team members.
• Be responsible for, or assist with, managing service levels agreed upon with customers.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in English.
• 2+ years of experience in technical customer support.
• Bachelor's degree completed or currently pursuing a degree (final year or later) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Intermediate knowledge of databases.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems and networking concepts.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to multitask.
• Ability to prioritize and self-manage tasks effectively.
• Intermediate understanding of programming logic, including the ability to interpret existing code.

Requirements

• Spanish language skills (preferred).
• Knowledge of logistics and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) (preferred).
• Experience with computer programming and basic knowledge of programming languages (preferred).
• Experience with operating systems and computer networking (preferred).
• Experience or knowledge of supply chain management solutions (preferred).
• Experience with the Körber One platform and K.Motion Warehouse Advantage applications (preferred).
