Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Advisory Management: Lead enterprise client projects centered on Corporate Carbon Footprints (CCF), Product Carbon Footprints (PCF), and climate neutrality roadmaps powered by our software.
• Carbon Accounting & Data Audit: Review client operational data to construct exact CCF and PCF profiles, verifying AI-based software calculations and emission factor selections.
• Process Standardization: Analyze and re-engineer advisory methodologies to remove operational bottlenecks and increase delivery capacity across the team.
• Customer Success & Education: Act as a central point of contact for client queries, while building self-service help resources and structured knowledge repositories.
• Executive Presentations: Deliver concise, high-impact presentations and technical debriefs to senior leadership teams.
• Cross-Functional Feedback Loop: Translate client insights and platform challenges into structured feature requests for our internal product development roadmap.

Qualifications

• Language Proficiency: C2-level German fluency (mandatory for client-facing operations) alongside professional English proficiency (C1/C2).
• Field Experience: At least 2 years of practical experience in sustainability advisory or internal corporate sustainability functions, focusing explicitly on CCF, PCF, or LCA methodologies.
• Practical Execution: Verified experience personally constructing and computing carbon accounting metrics (beyond purely theoretical or managerial roles).
• Pragmatic Mindset: Hands-on operational approach with the ability to manage routine client deliverables while establishing automated processes.
• Project Delivery: Top-tier project management skills combined with a clear, concise, and structured communication manner.

Desirable Attributes

• Exposure to middle-market enterprise clients or multinational corporate environments.
• Practical knowledge in Climate-Tech, SaaS platforms, or retail and food industry sustainability frameworks.
• Experience creating customer onboarding materials, knowledge bases, or using digital process automation software.

Benefits

• Purposeful Impact: Directly assist major enterprises in accelerating their sustainability commitments and decarbonization goals.
• Innovative Tech Stack: Positioned at the forefront of AI application within corporate sustainability and Climate Tech.
• High Ownership: Complete independence to optimize delivery methods, overhaul internal templates, and scale client communication.
• Professional Growth: Structured career trajectory with opportunities for rapid advancement as our team scales.
• Maximum Flexibility: Fully remote setup anywhere in Germany, flexible scheduling without core hours, 28 annual vacation days, and an output-driven culture.
• Competitive Remuneration: Annual salary between €50,000 and €70,000 gross, backed by flexible perks and company benefits.
