We are a fast-scaling, Berlin-based Climate Tech pioneer helping corporate ESG teams simplify complex operational workflows, satisfy strict CSRD reporting standards, and attain net-zero goals by merging advanced AI software with expert human consulting.

We are looking for a proactive, hands-on Sustainability Consultant (m/f/d) to join our growing advisory team. In this position, you will guide corporate clients through end-to-end carbon management, verify software calculations, and continuously refine and automate advisory processes to expand our operational scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Ownership: Lead full-cycle advisory projects for enterprise clients focused on Corporate Carbon Footprints (CCF), Product Carbon Footprints (PCF), and long-term Net-Zero roadmaps via our core software engine.
• Data Processing & Validation: Analyze and structure client data to build accurate CCF/PCF models while auditing AI-driven software outputs (including Emission Factor mapping and quality checks).
• Process Optimization & Automation: Partner with the advisory team to evaluate, redesign, and automate core CCF delivery frameworks to boost efficiency and scalability.
• Customer Enablement & Success: Serve as the primary client touchpoint, elevate support portals and communication channels, and produce scalable knowledge assets for customer teams.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Formulate and deliver structured, impactful presentations and case studies covering complex sustainability concepts during executive meetings.
• Product Development Collaboration: Connect client needs with internal engineering teams by converting customer feedback into direct software feature enhancements.

Qualifications

• Language Proficiency: Native or native-level German (C2 level) is strictly required for daily client interactions. Professional English (C1/C2) is mandatory.
• Relevant Experience: At least 2 years of practical experience in sustainability consulting or an internal corporate ESG role, with dedicated concentration on Corporate Carbon Footprints (CCF), PCF, or Life Cycle Assessments (LCA).
• Hands-on Execution: Demonstrated history of personally building and validating carbon footprint models (rather than exclusively managing projects or holding theoretical knowledge).
• Adaptable & Driven: A true "builder" mindset—ready to handle tactical deliverables while establishing structured, scalable frameworks.
• Project & Communication Skills: Exceptional project leadership alongside a clear, structured, and compelling communication style.

Requirements

• Nice-to-Haves: Prior advisory experience with mid-market or large enterprise organizations.
• Experience in Climate Tech SaaS, Clean-Tech solutions, or sustainability initiatives in the retail and food sectors.
• Proven track record of developing customer support resources (such as knowledge bases or help desks) or implementing process automation platforms.
