[Hiring] Survey Programming Consultant, Project Success @Cint

Role Description

• Survey Scripting & Execution: Program and script complex, multi-country surveys using industry-leading programming platforms.
• Technical Consulting: Review client questionnaires and logic requirements, advising on best practices for survey design, routing, and user experience.
• Quality Assurance & Testing: Conduct rigorous QA testing on programmed surveys to ensure logical pathways, quotas, skip patterns, and device compatibility are flawless.
• Data Validation: Manage the backend survey data, ensuring data structures are clean and properly formatted for delivery (SPSS, Excel, CSV, etc.).
• Troubleshooting & Support: Quickly diagnose and resolve technical scripting bugs, link tracking issues, or respondent flow bottlenecks during live fieldwork.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner directly with internal Project Managers and client-side researchers to clarify requirements and provide updates on project timelines.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on survey programming experience within a market research, panel, or data collection environment.
• Advanced proficiency in major survey programming platforms (such as Decipher, Qualtrics, Alchemer or similar ResTech tools).
• Strong working knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to customize survey interfaces and design. Experience with Python or XML is a strong plus.
• Exceptional analytical and QA skills with a track record of delivering clean, error-free survey logic and data files.
