[Hiring] Support Engineer @Solenis

Role Description

• Serve as the engineer in training to become a Key Account Manager.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with mill leadership, operations teams, maintenance personnel, and procurement stakeholders.
• Provide technical expertise and support related to:
  • papermaking processes
  • wet-end chemistry
  • retention and drainage programs
  • process water systems
  • production optimization
• Help KAM identify opportunities to expand chemical programs and increase share of wallet within existing accounts.
• Conduct routine plant visits, system audits, and performance evaluations.
• Deliver value-based recommendations that improve:
  • machine efficiency
  • sheet quality
  • production rates
  • operating costs
• Help KAM to lead quarterly business reviews and present performance metrics to customers.
• Partner with internal technical specialists and laboratory resources to implement customer solutions.
• Achieve revenue, profitability, and customer retention objectives.
