Role Description

Using thorough understanding of the support organization’s activities, provides support to support professionals and management for any of the following responsibilities:

• Document creation for support organization or external customers
• Call management
• Office automation assistance
• Remote team support

Responds to customer inquiries and acts as liaison with product divisions and other internal entities.

Qualifications

• May require some higher education or specialized training/certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically 1-3 years of relevant experience for entry to this level.
